Well if you go to your dashboard and go to help center (it's on the right) so you click on help center, them you click on number #3, its on the right too. It shows you how. I hope that was helpful, if not just call me and I'll walk you through it. Heehee:)

Nathan, it makes your back strong, I guess:) I don't know, its at our house. So whenever we go to your house we'll ride your zip line, and if you ever come to our house you can lay on our bed of nails. Heeheehaha:)
